Pastor Randall Franklin was called into the ministry in 2015. It started with Bible study in Oak Grove, KY and has grew by Gods grace since then. It wasn’t until 2016 that LIFE Outreach Church launched in Kentucky. In 2018 LIFE Church launched it’s Fort Worth campus, where Pastor and Lady Tamara Franklin continue to serve faithfully.
